SHIPPING

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Is shipping free?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 4–5 business days.

Estimated total delivery time: 5–7 business days.

What is your order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 4:00 PM (UK time) on a business day begin processing the same day.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM are processed the next business day.

Where are orders shipped from?

All orders are fulfilled from our UK fulfilment centre in Birmingham.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Tracking details are sent once your order has been dispatched.

What if my order is delayed?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return period?

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

What condition must returned items be in?

Items must:

  • Be unworn outdoors
  • Be in original condition
  • Be returned in the original box

    Indoor try-on is permitted.
Who pays for return shipping?

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we reimburse return shipping costs after inspection.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. Exchanges are available subject to stock availability.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

If already dispatched, the order must be returned under our return policy.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
