Order Cancellation Policy

This Order Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made on www.modish-vogue.com and should be read together with our Return & Refund Policy.

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched.

To request cancellation, please contact:

If your order has not yet been shipped:

  • The order will be cancelled

  • A full refund will be issued

  • No cancellation fees will apply

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled immediately.

However, you may exercise your right to return the product in accordance with our 30-day Return Policy.

In such cases:

  • The item must be returned in accordance with return conditions

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected

3. Your Statutory Cooling-Off Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods for any reason.

Our 30-day return policy extends beyond this statutory period.

To exercise your right to cancel within the cooling-off period:

4. Refund Processing

Where cancellation is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting returned goods (if applicable)

Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

5. Non-Cancellable Situations

An order cannot be cancelled if:

  • The item has already been delivered and used outdoors

  • The item has been damaged due to misuse

  • The item is returned outside the 30-day period

Statutory rights for faulty goods remain unaffected.
